Our door-to-door service provides clients with a fully managed logistics solution from origin to final destination. Clients simply contact FSTS, and we coordinate the collection of goods either from private residences, offices, supplier premises, or industrial sites. From there, we manage the consolidation, transport, border processing, and final delivery directly to the client's doorstep whether it is a home, corporate office, warehouse, or remote work site. This model ensures convenience, reduced administrative burden for clients, and full accountability under one logistics partner.
Road Freight Forwarding
FSTS specializes in long-haul cross-border road freight from Johannesburg, South Africa to Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Our primary transit corridors move through Botswana, Namibia, and Angola before entering the DRC en route to Kinshasa. This structured routing ensures operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition, we provide complete truckload (CTL) services to Kasumbalesa border post for deliveries into Lubumbashi, DRC, particularly for mining-sector supply chains requiring bulk product transportation. This service supports large-scale industrial clients by delivering heavy, high-volume consignments directly to mining operations and related infrastructure projects.

Procurement Services

This enables structured cargo management, load optimization, and secure holding before final dispatch.
Secure Packaging
To ensure cargo integrity during long-distance African road transport, FSTS provides professional repackaging and cargo preparation services. We reinforce goods to make them roadworthy and structurally secure for extended transit conditions. Our services include palletizing, shrink-wrapping, crating, custom wooden crate fabrication where required, and proper labelling of fragile items. We implement protective measures appropriate to each cargo type to ensure that products arrive at their destination intact and undamaged.
Cross-Border Documentation & Clearing
FSTS manages all cross-border documentation and customs clearing processes to ensure seamless transit across the borders we operate through. We prepare and coordinate export documentation, customs declarations, and clearing procedures for each jurisdiction including Botswana, Namibia, Angola, and the DRC. By handling the regulatory and compliance requirements internally, we minimize border delays and ensure that goods move efficiently through all checkpoints until final delivery at the client's premises.
